At the ridge end, the bars are connected to the ridge using a ‘Spider’, this consists of spider arms that slot down the centre of the hip bars that then attach to a mounting fixed to the end of the ridge.
This is then covered with PVCu cappings internal and external with different styles depending on the shape.
